Mrs. Jesse Wood
Mrs. Jesse M. Wood, 78, of 623 Jefferson, died Monday at a local hospital. She was a native of Larkin and had been a Topeka resident since 1938.
Mrs. Wood was a member of the Christian church at Manhattan.
Surviving are her husband, Jesse H. Wood of the home; a son, Marvin D. Castor of Independence, Mo., and a daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Henson of Formosa.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Wall-Diffenderfer chapel with graveside services at 2 p.m. at Sunset cemetery at Manhattan.
