Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2000, at Duhon Funeral Home Chapel in Crowley for Josephine Doucet. 85, who died on Tuesday, July 4, 2000, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Burial will be held in Quibodeaux Cemetery in Midland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 8 a.m. until the time of services.
A rosary was recited on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Survivors include four sons, Albert Dupre of Egan, Horace Doucet of Crowley, Ray Doucet of Duson and Tommy Doucet of Egan; two daughters, Clarice Fuselier of Crowley and Gertrude Bonin of Jennings; 31 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren and 21 step great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Doucet is preceded in death by her first husband, Constance Dupre Sr.; her second husband, Adam Doucet Jr.; two sons, Louis Dupre, Constant Dupre, her parents, Gertrude and Ferol Quibodeaux Sr. and one granddaughter.
