Gibson Lutton, aged 80 years, of Wampum, RD 2, died Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Lawrence County Home after suffering a stroke a month ago.

Mr. Lutton, a resident of Big Beaver township, was born December 23, 1868. He was retired after being employed for 30 years by the Shelby Tube company at Ellwood City.

His wife, the former Martha Fosnaught, died in 1918. Survivors are: two sons, Wilbur and Robert Lutton, both at home; one brother, Anderson Lutton, of this city, a grandson and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Marshall funeral home, Wampum, where friends may call to day from 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services for Gibson Lutton, of Wampum, RD 2, were conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Marshall funeral home with Rev. Charles Durbin, of Chewton Christian church, officiating.

Garvey and Henry Houk, Clark Ault, Earl Grinnen, Charles Fosnaught and Paul Freed served as pallbearers. Burial took place in Slippery Rock cemetery.
