ULYSSES "JU JU" ACKER, 86, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 in Crosby. Mrs. Acker received her Masters Degree from the University of Houston. She was an Art Teacher at Deady Junior High School in Houston for over 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Marshall Acker.

Survived by: son, Rex Acker and wife Sharan; grandchildren, India Loth and husband Chester, James Acker and Sherri Brown and husband Robbie; great-grandchildren, Jennafer Acosta, Ryan Brown, Morgan and Alyssa Loth, Matthew and Lacy Acker; great-great-granddaughter, Ryleigh Newton.

A Graveside service was at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at Earthman Memory Garden Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road in Baytown
