Funeral services for Robert V. Rinehart, 41, who died as the result of injuries received in an accident at the Overton oil field Friday night, will be held today at 5 p.m. in the residence of an aunt, Mrs. A.N. Walton of 2937 Avenue B. The Rev. J. Ralph Grant, pastor of the First Baptist church will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia cemetery. Mr. Rinehart, a derrick man for the Texas Iron and Supply Company, suffered a back injury when he was struck by a piece of pipe which swung out of control following the breaking of a pair of chain tongs. He was taken to a hospital in Henderson where he died Monday afternoon. He was a lifelong resident of this area. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Kathryn Rinehart; a daughter, Wilma Rae Rinehart; two sons, Robert, Jr., and Johnnie Rinehart of Saginaw, Mich.; three aunts, Mrs. Walton, Mrs. A.O. Adams of Fairville, Texas, and Mrs. E.E. Luper of Houston, and an uncle, O.C. Thomas of Livingston.
