Stine, brother of Carolyn Stine Gotshall and Hettie Sue Stine Mason, husband of Elaine (Richards), father of Valerie, Curtis, Carla and Stewart, Christian of the Methodist faith. Always very supportive of his family, friends and neighbors. He was born and spent early life in Virginia then resided in Dillon Park, MD. and after US Army service remaining years in Montgomery CO., MD. where he and his wife raised their children. He was an accomplished pianist and shared his beautiful voice with the Barbershop Quartet in his younger adult life. He was a businessman, graduate of George Washington University with degree in Engineering and an entrepreneur owning his own business until retirement. He had a happy-go-lucky disposition that made him very much loved by all who knew him.
