Baptized on the 10th at Castletownroche. He immigrated to Boston in 1890, and was naturalized there in 1899. He married Nora Magner on Nov 14, 1901, at St. James Church in Boston. Interred on the 15th.

~Michael J. Keefe Rites In Canton Tomorrow - CANTON, Jan. 13 - A solemn funeral mass for Michael J. Keefe, 87, of 16 Autumn Cir., a retired plumbing contractor, will be sung Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St John's Church, Canton. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington. He died Saturday at home.

He was a member of the Massachusetts Catholic Order of Foresters, Holy Name Society and St Vincent de Paul Society. He leaves four sons, John J. Keefe of Jamaica Plain, James A. Keefe of Canton., Arthur M. Keefe of Miami Springs, Fla. and Joseph T. Keefe of Canton; a daughter Mrs. Helen Kelliher of Canton, with whom he made his home, and eight grandchildren.
