Emily Lucille (Allen) Dalley was born at Fort Duchesne, Utah, May 23, 1918, to Frederick Anthony Geisdorff and Margaret Emily Jackson. Married three times: Melvin "Micky" H. Davis, George Lynn Allen and Rue B. Dalley. She was mother to ten children: Robert M. Davis, Fredrick A. Allen, Terry L. Allen, P. Kirk Allen, Jon O. Allen, Margaret Allen Millom, Carlyle Dalley, Cardon Dalley, Rodney Dalley and Deborah Dalley White; and grandmother to numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was widely known for her remarkable singing voice. Lucille devoted her life to her children and her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in numerous church positions in the choir, Primary and Relief Society, and MIA organizations. Lucille loved good music and shared that love with her family. She found time on occasion to work outside the home and particularly enjoyed working in senior care centers. The family gives special thanks to the staff of the Holladay Health Center where Lucille spent her last year.
