The fact that it was bitterly cold, compelling him to wear his cap down over his ears, probably explains the death of George Reifsnyder Schlee, employed as a brakeman on the Sunbury Division, PA railroad, whose body was found at 5:00 pm lying along the westward track at the point 100 feet West of Spruce Street, Sunbury, by W.F. Benner, a track walker.
Survived by sisters: Mrs. Edward (Margaret) Hartman, Catawissa, PA; Mrs. Harvey (Priscilla) Mensch; Elizabeth (Ella) Schlee. Survived by brothers Harvey of Shamokin; Peter of Elysburg and Samuel of Philadelphia.
