She was born 6 Apr 1909 in Rush Center, Kansas, the Daughter of Thomas and Lucy Reed Crotinger. She married Jack Goodnight 1 Jan 1939. He died 26 Feb 1977 in Great Bend, KS. Marie was a long time resident of Great Bend, KS, moving here after her marriage in 1939. She was a waitress for many years and a clerk in a drygoods and clothing store.
Survivors include one sister Lucille Moore of Ness City. She was proceeded in death by five brothers: Samuel Crotiner, Alfred Crotinger, Harold Crotinger, Frank Crotinger, and Orville Crotinger; and two sisters, Clara Moore and Grace VanWinkle.
