Hazel Maner age 79 of Knoxville, Resident at Hillcrest Nursing Home North. Hazel went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday the 20th. Member of Elm Street Baptist Church, former Employee of Supreme Foods. Hazel had fought a 15 year battle against Parkinson's which had finally taken her life. She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel A. Maner, Sr.; Parents: William F. and Dora (Carmack) Miller. Brothers: Andy, Homer, Vernon, Alonzo; Sisters: Neva, Thelma, Gladys. Granddaughter: Grace. She leaves; Children: Samuel A. Maner, Jr. and wife Lori, Daniel L. Maner. Grandchildren: Adra, Martin, Kiera, Bonnie and Allen. Brothers Donald Miller and wife Carol of Milwalkee, WI, Paul Miller and wife Vina of Corbin, KY.; Sister: Della Jones of Powell. Several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral Services will be held at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Randall Jones, Dale Watson and C.M. Kelly officiating.
