Mrs. A. S. Duval Dies At Mathews
Mathews - Mrs. Addie Soper Duval, 72, died unexpectedly Monday at her home here.
She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Harry Duval of Mathews; three sons, Boyd Lee Duval of Portsmouth; Ellis Duval and Robert R. Duval, both of Mathews; two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Foster of Grimstead, and Mrs. Elizabeth Buchanan of Gwynn; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral Home, Mathews with the Rev. C. L. Fisher, pastor of Macedonia Church, assisted by the Rev. S. Bruce Jones, pastor of Central Methodist Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Trinity Cemetery, Foster.
Pallbearers will be Frank Moughon, George Moughon, Willis Daniel, Warren Deagle, Leonard Buchanan, and Georgie Buchanan.
