Casper Paulus, died last night at the Cohoes Hospital after an illness of two weeks. He was a native of Albany but had lived at Green Island for the past forty years, residing at 9 John Street, Green Island.
He was in his 71st years.
He attended St Joseph's Church, Green Island. He was the husband of the late Lena Carty.
Survivors include five sons William, Frank, George, Charles and Casper Paulus Jr. and four daughters; Mary, Elizabeth and Mrs. Edward Hurst and Mrs Charles Albert.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30am, from St. Joseph's Church, where a requiem high mass will be celebrated.
Burial will be in St. Agnes' Cemetery.
