EMORY - Services for J.C. "Jay" Abercrombie, 84, Emory, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home, Emory.
Burial will be in Emory City Cemetery.
Mr. Abercrombie died June 9, 2009, in Dallas. He was born Sept. 13, 1924, in Emory to Charlie Arthur and Ollie Deaton Abercrombie.
Survivors include sons, Donald J. Abercrombie, James Abercrombie and Steve Abercrombie; daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Doyle; brother, Shelby R. Abercrombie; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 1 p.m. Saturday until service time at the funeral home.
