Services for Mary Sue Puckett, 87, of Belton will be 10 a.m. Monday at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton with the Rev. Joe Baisden officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery in Belton.

Mrs. Puckett died Wednesday, Dec. 4, in a local nursing home.
She was born Aug. 29, 1926, in Dyess Grove to Francis and Jewel Baggett. She worked in sales for Vera Lee's for many years. She married Jesse Lee Puckett Sr. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Belton and also was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her husband and three children, Jesse Lee Puckett Jr., Carol Jean Puckett Wiggins and Gary Lynn Puckett. Survivors include a son, Billy Ray Puckett; three daughters, Mary Frances Price, Janice Faye Waggy and Betty Sue Doss; two sisters, Pearl Fay Vance and Ola Mae Rutherford; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
