Paul W. Baldwin, 79, of Scottsburg, Indiana, died Saturday, May, 26, 2012 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, Indiana.

He was born on February 20, 1933 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Paul Kenneth and Leona Mildred (Shook) Baldwin.

He was married on June 27, 1953 to Colleen (Spaulding) Baldwin, who survives.

Paul was a retired Senior Master Sergeant and First Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, serving during the Korean and Vietnam War eras, retired clerk for the U.S. Postal Service in Scottsburg, Indiana, founder of the old M & P Baldwin Plastics, now known as Baldwin Recycling, a former deacon and member of Vienna Baptist Church, Past Governor & member of the Moose Family Center # 2324, a member of the American Legion Post # 234 and the Master Gardners Club.

Survivors include his wife, Colleen (Spaulding) Baldwin; a daughter, Connie Jo Borders (Mike) of Louisville, Kentucky; a son, Mark D. Baldwin (Candy) of Scottsburg, Indiana; a brother, Kenneth D. Baldwin (Paula) of Scottsburg, Indiana; a sister, Mary Beth Coffman (Jeff) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; five grandchildren, Amy, Candace, Abby, Nathan & Merritt and seven great grandchildren, Simon, Daniel, Trevin, Clare, Kendra, Evan & Coen.

Interment in Mount Cemetery. Crothersville VFW Post 1083 will conduct Military Honors at the graveside. Memorial Contributions: Vista Care Hospice c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana. .
