Mrs. Sarah Berger (HILL) Died at midnight Monday Night in Washington Township, six miles east of Knox, of pulmonary tuberculosis . She was 36 years of age and daughter of Mrs. Silas Howard (formerly Mary Ann Haines & Vine Welch) . In 1875 at the age of 3, Sarah lost her father Vine Welsh to death. Her mother Mary Ann married Silas Howard She leaves from her first spouse Lisha Robbins; a son Henry Robbins age 17 at home; The Hill children by her second husband John H. Hill died 24 April 1897 leaving her with three; daughters; Mrs. Ida (Alfred) Wyant, Mrs. Mary (Robert)Wallace; Sarah Hill age 13, and one son John Marion Hill age 12 at home. The husband was at the time of her death working in St. Joseph county. Sarah E. her third spouse William Berger on April 3,1903 The funeral was held yesterday, burial being in the Lerch Cemetery
