Mrs. Camille Acke, 72, of 2800 10th ave. ct., a resident of Moline for the past 43 years, died at 3:23 am today in Moline Lutheran hospital after an illness of two months.
Because of holy week, services will be held at 2 pm tomorrow in the DeRoo funeral home, Moline. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery.
Funeral Mass will be at 8:15 am next Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic church, Moline. The rosary will be recited at 7:35 tonight in the funeral home.
Mrs. Acke, the former Camille Jughtems, was born in St. Amandsberg, Belgium Sept. 13, 1881. She attended schools there and moved to Moline, in 1912.
She married to Henry Acke Dec. 31, 1925, in Rock Island. He died May 9, 1942.
Mrs. Acke was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church, Moline.
Surviving are a sister and two brothers in Belgium. She was Preceded in death by her husband, two sisters and two brothers.
