Daughter of David Naughtcutt (Naught) and Lucinda Hubbard Cruise.
Wife of Robert Edward Williams. She taught Loyal Sisters Class at the Spray Church of the Brethren. She was a devoted christian.

When their home was being built she, her husband and grandson, Aaron Shockley, lived under their mill on the property.

Note: Maiden name also was spelled Crews, but her death certificate states Cruise.

From Hilda Jones: Maggie Cruise Williams. My grandmother and her sister were named after the months in which they were born. Therefore, my grandmother, was born Maggie May Cruise. Her name was never spelled Crews the newspaper misspelled Crews on both her maiden name and the married name of her daughter in my grandfather's death notice. In fact there were several mistakes in the obit.
