Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Annie Cook; brothers, R.B. Cook, Ray Cook.
She is survived by loving sister, Johnnie Crowder of Greenback; brothers, Samuel Cook and wife Lois of Greenback, Benny Cook and wife Frances of Paisley, FL; special niece, Laverne Birchfield; sister in law, Alice Cook.
Funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Wednesday October 20, 2010 at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Rev. Charles Parker officiating. Interment service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville. (865)982-6041.
