MRS. CHARLOTTE HILDRETH
Well Known and Esteemed Citizen Died This Morning
Mrs. Charlotte Hildreth, widow of John Hildreth, died at 10:30 o'clock this morning at the home of her sister-in-law, Mrs. J. O. Schofield, on Presbyterian avenue after an illness covering a period of several years.
The decedent was 68 years of age and was a native of Indiana. She has been a resident of Madison for many years and had a number of friends who will mourn her death. For many years her husband was night watchman at Schofield's woolen mills and the couple were well known residents of Madison, living on east Front street.
The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Schofield and the interment will be in Springdale cemetery.
