Juanita W. Fowler, 64, North Harrison Street, Lebanon, died at 4:15 p.m., June 22, 1994, at her residence. Fowler was born May 14, 1930 in Marion County and was a housewife. As a member of the Lebanon Baptist Church she was a member of the church choir and a former Sunday school teacher. She was preceded in death by: her parents, William M. and Dora Edwards Whitehouse; one daughter, Connie Renee Fowler; one brother, James Whitehouse; three sisters, Geneva Glasscock, Lucille Wilson and Mary Frances Green. Survivors include: her husband, Joseph M. Fowler; two sons, Joe Mike and Rick Fowler, both of Lexington; two daughters, Karen Caldwell of Lebanon and Lisa Bruner of Lexington; one sister, Cattie Burris of Lebanon; one brother, Charles Whitehouse of Louisville; four grandchildren, Erika and Creed Fowler and Morgan and Hannah Caldwell. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m., June 25, 1994, at Lebanon Baptist Church with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Rev. Wesley Noss, pastor of Lebanon Baptist Church, officiated. Pallbearers were Ronnie Wayne, Steve Roberts, Dennis Whitehouse, Lee Glasscock, Tony Fowler, John Fowler, Bob Helm and Tom Parrott. Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon was in charge of the arrangements.
