Daughter of the late Matthew and Molsie Bledsoe Burnette, she was the widow of Lonnie Fairlee Ammons, Sr. Additionally, she was preceded in death by sons; Lonnie Curtis, Billy Ray, Bobby, Glenn, Johnny and Patrick Ammons. She was survived by her daughters, Edna Boone, Trula Burgess (Fred),Ethel Cooper, Nancy Bass and Jean Meares; son, Roland Ammons (Agnes); sister, Ila Phillips; 31 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives. Her funeral was held at the Shiloh Pentecostal Holiness Church with The Rev. Eddie Smith officiating.
