INDEPENDENCE---Hesker Edward Bryant, 75, retired security guard, died of heart failure Tuesday at Whitehaven Manor Nursing Home. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Everson Cemetery in Bett. C. O. Pate Funeral Home of Senatobia has charge.
Mr. Bryant, the widower of Lillie Mae Bryant, leaves three daughters, Shirley Rudd of Dallas, Patricia Clark of Houston, Texas, and Brenda Ricks of Coldwater; two sons, Edward Bryant of Coldwater and James Bryant of New Mexico; two brothers, Clovis Bryant of California and Bill Bryant of Forrest City, Ark., 12 grandchildren and either great-grandchildren.
