George C.[sic] Abrahims, a former resident of the city, died suddenly at his home at Buena Vista, Va., yesterday morning of a stroke. The news of his death was received in the city yesterday by friends of the deceased. He was the son of Samuel Abrahims, a former Pennsylvania Railroad company shop foreman, was aged about 55 years and for a number of years held the position as ticket agent at Buena Vista, Va., on the Norfolk & Western railroad. The remains will be taken to Carlisle for interment.
