Norma was the daughter of Charles Wilson Donley & Mary Elizabeth "Elizabeth" Sease.

She married Arthur J. Wager on 17 Apr 1924 in Pueblo, Pueblo Co., CO.

Norma M. Wager - Pueblo Chieftain - October 18, 1976 - Norma M. Wager, late of Mesa Towers, passed away Oct. 16, 1976. Mother of Mrs. Carolyn Pottorff, Topeka, Kan. Ray Dean Wager, Fort Collins, and Fred L. Wager of 1204 E. Sixth, where the family may be contacted. Grandmother of 14. Sister of Frank and Wilson Donley, Susie and Edna Seendermann, Ruth Wurster, Grace Davis and Jo Allee, all of Pueblo. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, Member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and the Beulah Historical Society. Born Sept. 13, 1901, in Beulah, and a Pueblo resident since 1968. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur J. Wager, April 20, 1968, and a son, Arthur Donley Wager, June 17, 1963. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Davis Mortuary Memorial Chapel with the Rev. William G. Cooper, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment in the Beulah Cemetery.
