Resident of Bay Point Our beloved Angel of God, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, and dear friend passed away peacefully in her devoted children's loving arms on Aug. 11, 2006. She was born in Kobe, Japan and has been a resident of the United States for over 40 years. She resided in Bay Point, CA, for 34 years and was a faithful member of Shore Acres Baptist Church in Bay Point for over 25 years. She just recently began her worship at Calvary Temple Church in Concord, CA. A beautiful, humble, devoted, loving, caring and compassionate Christian, with very high family values, morals, honor and integrity - which was extremely important to her to raise her children, also with great pride, independence and honesty! She volunteered at Church on a regular basis assisting in food & clothing drives for those in need. She loved to help people in any way that she could, even if it were just to smile at them and introduce herself in case they just needed a friend! The most important thing to her was spending quality time with her family - she was so proud of her family! The things she loved to do most were reading the Bible (daily!), sewing, cooking, listening to music of all kinds and shopping at Japan Town in San Francisco (adding to her priceless Japanese Doll collection!). Survived by her children; daughters, Joyce Glasper (son-in-law, Willie Glasper), Evelyn Casmer Hills; son, Leon Casmer Jr.; daughter, Carolyn Casmer Singh (son-in-law, Shamsher Singh); grandchildren, Raymond, Janine, Sonya, Mark Jr., Kimberly, Willie Jr., Aaron, and Steffon; great-grandchildren, Aalyah and Janessa; and sister, Kazuko Sawai of Kobe, Japan. She will be greatly missed by everyone that was blessed to know and love her. She touched the hearts of many in such a special way with her beautiful smile, genuine, unconditional love and caring spirit! "Mom, you will be in our hearts forever and have made such a positive impact on our lives that we can only pray to touch others with the same love & compassion as you have touched ours!" Thank you for loving us so! You are the epitome of Beautiful in every way & we will love & honor you forever!
