"Pandy" was the daughter of Carl E. Rochelle and Emily B. Rochelle, sister of Sonya (and husband Steven Mohn) and Angel T. Rochelle Stadnik (spouse Bryan), (who was born the year after her passing); her nephew born after her passing, Christopher Steven Mohn; niece, Jessica Nicole Mohn and nephew, Noah Nicholas Mohn. Paternal uncles James L. Rochelle Jr., of Hampstead and Edward T. Rochelle of Wilmington. She was a rising 9th grader at Topsail High School at the time of her sudden passing, due to stomach cancer. She was also an avid lover of horses and a very talented artist who contributed often to her school newspaper. Just a month before her passing she enjoyed a weekend at Carowinds with her church youth group. It was a fun weekend for everyone. At her service, "You Light Up My Life" by Debbie Boone was played to an overcrowded church congregation. She is admired deeply missed by all those who love her and who she loved. She was followed in death by her paternal grandparents, James Lloyd Rochelle, Sr., and Mildred L. Batts Rochelle; paternal great-grandparents Jacob E. "Jake" and Mae King Rochelle and nephew, Noah Nicholas Mohn. We will be missing you, Pandy, until we meet again!
