Bob Turner, 73, of Central Point, Ore., passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 at his home. He was born August 17, 1938, in Tama, Iowa, to Frank and June (Gandy) Turner. Bob died the way he had lived - on his terms, and making sure the people he loved are cared for and protected.
Bob spent his life with Madonna, his one great and true love. He loved his three children, his three grandchildren, and Homer the dog. They all loved him very much too. He made sure they all knew how to fish. When he felt like he had worked long enough he retired to the Rogue River Valley where he lived his dreams of fishing whenever he wanted and never shoveling snow again.
