WESTON – Helen M. Kellner, 80, of Weston, died April 30 in Lincoln.
Kellner was born on Sept. 26, 1931 to John and Anna (Benes) Scholz on a farm near Brainard. She attended District School 48 and Brainard High School.
On Feb. 20, 1950 she was united in marriage to Philip J. Kellner at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Loma. She worked various jobs as a nanny, waitress and was a constant working partner with her husband on their farm near Weston for many years.
She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and the PCCW in Weston.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers; and a sister.
She is survived by her husband; son, Dennis Kellner of Weston; daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Eugene Kremlacek of Wahoo; grandchildren and spouse, Lisa and Scott Oorlog of Lincoln and their daughters, Natalie and Kate; John Kremlacek of Wahoo, Jennifer Kellner of Wahoo, Chris Kellner of Stuart and his daughters, Courtney and Nyach; sisters and brothers-in-law, Albina and Cyril Kellner of Wahoo and Ann and Ruben Kavan of Morse Bluff.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 3 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Weston with a parish rosary at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment will be at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Wahoo.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to donor's choice.
