Virginia Mildred Lowe, 84, of Sissonville went home to be with the Lord November 12, 2008, in Moss Golden Years, Cross Lanes.
She was a homemaker, a member of Cicerone Community Church and was a beloved mother.
Virginia graduated from Ripley High School in 1941 at the age of 16, she was a homemaker and a member of Cieorone Community Church and a beloved mother,she married her husband in 1944 in Jackson,West Virginia
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Lowe; mother, Jessie Counts; brothers, Bernard, Earl, Paul and Carol Counts and Sanford Duff; and sister, Alma Berry.
