in Pauls Valley Oklahoma to Ernest & Betty (Smith) Baker.
He grew up in the Asher area & was self employed.
*He married the love of his life Rachel Michelle Baker (Kilgore) on April 5th 1991 in Muskogee Oklahoma.
*His Survivors(now): one daughter Aubrey Hays (Baker) & Son-In-Law Jeffrey Hays of Stigler, Ok. *One son, Chuck Santell Baker And wife Rebecca Baker of Texas.
*Two granddaughters: Saphire Rayne Baker & Bella Baker.
*Four Grandsons: Chuck Baker III, Tony Baker, Jaxton and Kadyn Hays.

*Five sisters Earnestine , (chucks twin) Penny, Ramona, & Tracy, all of Athens, Texas, & Debbie Kay of Texarkana, Ark.
