Mrs. Linda Rice Calvert died Saturday following a brief illness resulting from a heart attack suffered on Wednesday. Funeral rites were held Monday from the Colburn Lutheran church with burial in the Colburn cemetery. Mrs. Calvert was the daughter of George and Katherine Rice of Colburn and was well known in Delphi.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Raymond Calvert and Dale Calvert of Lafayette and a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Zirkle of Venedocia, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. W.R. Quick of Delphi and a brother, Charles Rice of east of Delphi. Paul Quick of Delphi was a nephew of Mrs. Calvert.
