Funeral services for J.C. Franks, 65, of Malakoff, who died in a Galveston hospital last Friday were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Corsicana.
The services were conducted by the Rev. Nunn and the Rev. Marvin Bledsoe, pastor of the Central Methodist Church. Burial was in the Hamilton Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, of Malakoff; four sons, W.T. Franks, Vernon Franks, Marshall Franks and Roland Franks; and two daughters, Mrs. Christine Leach and Mrs. Nannie Lee Hughes.
