A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 1995, in Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City.

Mrs. Woods died July 13 at age 89.

She was born August 16, 1905, in Oberlin, Kansas. Her maiden name was Lund.

She was a secretary for the Federal Soil and Conservation Service.

She married Kenneth N. Woods on Sept. 11, 1927; he died in 1984.

Surviving are her son, Kenneth L. of Las Vegas, Nev.; daughter, Maxine J. Burcham of Florence; sister, Lila Evans of Portland; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
