Lillian Ellen Archer was born May 7, 1928, in Ada, Okla., to Leonard and Myrtle Archer. She was one of seven children. In her youth she was a dance instructor at Arthur Murray Studios. She was a retired registered nurse who worked at All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth and Valley View Hospital in Ada, Okla., in cardiac care and hospital administration. She married Paul W. Gamill Jr. on June 24, 1947, and was the wife of a retired Air Force military serviceman of 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; and brothers, Lewis and Lindell Archer.
Survivors: Sons, Ron Gamill and wife, Debbie, of Mansfield, Michael Gamill of Hurst; grandchildren, Stephan Gamill and wife, Kelly, Lindsey Gamill, Ryan Gamill and wife, Tanja; great-granddaughters, Gigi and Emersyn Gamill; brothers, Larry and Lawrence Archer of Ada, Okla.; sisters, Lois Nadine McCoy and Jean Pisano of Hurst; and numerous nieces and nephews.
