Oliver "Ollie" Baynes Browder is the son of George W. and Julia A. Newton Browder. Ollie married Cassie Clayton on April 1, 1929 in DeKalb County, Alabama, they had three known children: Charlene C. Browder and Garland Laverne Browder And Garon Browder.

BROWDER – OLLIE B., 73, of 105 20th St., Fort Payne, Ala., passed away Tuesday at the Baptist Memorial Hospital, Gadsden, Ala. He was a retired tire recapping executive. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Cassie Browder; fort Payne; daughter, Mrs. Charlene Buckley, Huntsville; two sons, Garland Browder, Birmingham; Garon Browder, Fort Payne; three sisters, Mrs. Maegie Clark, Bessemer, Ala.; Mrs. Ethel Perrell, Chattanooga; and Mrs. Beaulah James, Chattanooga; three brothers, Arthur Browder, Sylvania, Ala.; Eunice Browder, Henegar, Ala.; Winston Browder, Chattanooga; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Grant officiating. Interment will be in Mountainview Memorial Gardens, with Wilson Funeral Home, Fort Payne in charge of the arrangements.
