J. Lloyd Minich Sr.

J. Lloyd Minich Sr., 56, of 3244 Sena Drive died Sunday at a local hospital after an extended illness. A salesman for the Massachusetts Protective Insurance Co., he was born at Marceline, Mo., and had been a Topeka resident 25 years and was a member of the First Christian church at Marceline, Siloam Masonic lodge No. 225, the Scottish Rite, Arab Shrine and Topeka Elks lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lucy Minich of the home; a son, J. Lloyd Minich Jr. of 1021 Randolph; two daughters, Mrs. Lou Don Cunningham of 771 Cornwall and Mrs. Doris Ann Hanna of Kansas City; his father, Oscar Minich, and a brother, Cecil Minich, both of Marceline, and one grandson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Wall-Diffenderfer chapel with burial in Mount Hope cemetery.
