For 20 Years, Dies
DADE CITY, Feb. 17 (Special) Dr. James Roscoe Hendley, 67, Dade City dentist and son of a signer of Florida's Constitution, died this morning at his home here. A native of Dade City, Dr. Hendley practiced in the far Northwest until he moved back here 20 years ago. He was a graduate of Stetson University and the Atlanta Dental College, and was a member of the Baptist Church. Dr. Hendley's father, the late J. A. Hendley, was the last man to sign the Florida State Constitution when it was adopted. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Nealie N. Hendley, of Dade City: a step-son, Gaines Kirkland, of Tampa; two step-daughters, Mrs. W. M. Wright of Dade City and Miss Lillian Kelley, of Tripoli, Africa, and two grandchildren.
