Wilma BLANCHE Nicholson McCall, daughter of the late
Clarence Nicholson and Mildred Allison Nicholson, passed away on May 11, 2012, Flat Rock, North Carolina.
Blanche is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Calvin F. McCall.

Blanche Nicholson McCall, 71, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 11, 2012 at the Elizabeth House, Flat Rock, North Carolina.
A native of Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred Allison Nicholson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Vivian Galloway and her brothers, Boyce Nicholson and Howard Nicholson.
Mrs. McCall was a member of Blantyre Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Calvin F. McCall, son, Michael Eugene McCall and wife Wanda of Penrose, North Carolina, daighter, Debbie McCall Brown and husband Spencer of Penrose, North Carolina; sisters, Mary Jane Bailey and husband Loyd of Brevard, North Carolina, Betty Robinson and husband Glenn of Pisgah Forest, North Carolina; brothers, Bruce Nicholson and wife Helen of Penrose, North Carolina, and Randall Nicholson and wife Linda of Enumclaw, Washington; grandchildren, Amber Taylor and husband Daniel, Michael McCall and wife Courtney, Joshua Brown and wife Kroston, Jon Brown and wife Heather, and Tiffany Brown, great-grandchildren, Hunter and Hailey Taylor and Walker and Harleigh Brown; a number of nieces and mephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2012 in the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ron Nelson, Rev. Tommy Owen, and Rev. Mike Rogers officiating.
Burial will be in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
The family will receive friends from, 7 - 9 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at the home.
