Kathleen was the daughter of John Kane Loughlin, Jr. and Eva Marie Cantwell Loughlin. She was the sister to Caroline "Carrie" Loughlin McNally, Harry C. Loughlin, Edward C. Loughlin, Eleanor Loughlin, Evelyn Loughlin Vanderslice, Mary Loughlin Hickey, John "Jack" Kane Loughlin III and Alice Loughlin. Muz was the wife of Burling (known as "Bab" to his wife and friends and as "Popsey" to his grandchildren) Duffield Prince and the mother of Florence Lockwood Prince Rogers Martin, Ben Willoughby Prince, Kathleen "Kay" Marie Prince Baker Pratt and Margaretta "Peggy" Duffield Prince Williams. She was the step-mother of Burling "Bing" Duffield Prince, Jr. and Charles Walton Prince. Muz was a grandmother to many but she only had the opportunity to know a few. Like so many in her family she died young at the age of 56. It has been said she was a lovely lady and a wonderful wife and mother. Popsey and her children always had such nice things to say about her. (My mother Peggy Williams always told me that we (Muz & I)would have liked each other!)
