Wife of Clem Cochran
She was the daughter of George and Sarah (Wolford) Toothman, born (according to Knox Co birth records and information on her 2nd marriage license) in Knox Co on 10 Sep 1875. She first married Clement L V Cochran in Knox Co on 31 Aug 1893 and they had one child, Rosa Belle Cochran (b 02 Oct 1894; married Henry Nelson Rice in Knox Co on 29 Mar 1913). After Clement's death, Minnie married John Bowman, a farmer less than half her age who lived in Bladensburg. (18 Feb 1941, Knox Co).

Minnie and John divorced before her death, and Minnie was a resident at the Knox County Infirmary for several years before her death. Informant on her death certificate was Alva J Harris, an undertaker in Bladensburg, and he did not know her year of birth (although he knew April 10, he estimated her to be about 77 years of age).
