Donna Jean was the 3rd child born to Howard and Anna Lorraine Shay Blevins. She was married to Norman (Skip)Weir Herbert Jr. They had one son Norman (Skip) Weir Herbert III. She had seven Nieces and Nephews and eight Grand Nieces and Nephews. She loved them all and took great pleasure in seeing them at holiday gatherings with family.
She was married in 1980 to her second husband Charles Delano Smith. Donna had been ill for a while but her death was unexpected. She was predeceased by her parents and one brother Kent Blevins. She has been missed greatly.
