Patricia Ann Stever, age 76, of Tiger, Georgia, formerly of Volusia County, died Saturday May 5, 2012 at her residence.

Born in Volusia County on March 31, 1936 to the late Broward Franklin Goodrich and Lucile Lillian Vann Goodrich, she was the widow of Charles Martin Stever, Jr. She was a retired church secretary for Oak Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Stever was a member of the Battle Branch Baptist Church in Clayton, Georgia and the Rabun County (GA) Senior Center. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved people, socializing, and attending church. She enjoyed going to the Rabun County Senior Center. As a retired church secretary, she looked forward to attending seminars at Lake Yale, Florida. She never meet a stranger, and loved to sing and dance.
She is survived by 1 son, Charles Martin Stever, III (Renee) of Milan, Ohio; 3 daughters, Teresa Stever Pate (Kevin) of Tiger, Penny Stever Renfroe, (Mike) of Oak Hill, and Sandra Stever DeLoach, (Rob) of Edgewater; 1 brother, James B. Goodrich (Rosemarie) of Oak Hill; 1 sister, Lyn Newman (Kemp) of Hendersonville, North Carolina; 12 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

A funeral Service was held in Georgia. There will be a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Oak Hill.
