Ronald F. Carr, 70, of Hampton, formerly of Monmouth, Iowa, died on Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, at Genesis Medical Center, Illini Campus, Silvis.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at the Carson & Son Funeral and Cremation Services, Maquoketa, Iowa. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Hickory Grove Cemetery, rural Monmouth.
Ronald is survived by his children, Rhonda Carr, Davenport, Brenda (Tony) Almanza, Hampton, Teresa (Rick) Steffey, Goose Lake, Iowa, Tina Carr, Moline, Roger Carr, East Moline, and Tonya Carr, East Moline; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers; and four sisters.
