Mae (Brooks) Conklin was a second cousin of my husband, Frank Brooks Owen (1922-1970).

Hank was Henry Stacy "Hank" Conklin, a carpenter by trade. He was born 15 Aug 1874 in Pilot Point, Denton County, Texas. His WW I draft registration documents this. He died in Galveston, Texas on 6 Mar 1938, after having een an invalid for 7 years. I have a copy of the death certificate.
