Women Passes Away.

Mrs. Cornelia Gant Wallace, widow of the late Jas. A. Wallace, died Sunday of paralysis, aged 78 years. Her health had been impaired for several years and a recent stroke hastened the end.
She was a native of this city and is survived by five children, viz. Mrs. R. H. De Treville, of Birmingham, Ala., Mrs. W. F. Garnett, Mrs. Willie Weaks, of this city; Mrs. Corrio Wishard, of Louisville, and Mr. Jas. Arthur Wallace, of this city.
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at the home of her son, conducted by the Rev. Charles Brevard, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, of which church she was a lifelong member. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
