Mrs. Leena Elizabeth Holcomb, 73 of Schofield, Wis., died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 1998, at her home.


A native of Clarksville, she was a daughter of the late George and Merry May Walker, widow of Gilbert Ocie Holcomb, member of Belle Grove Chapter No. 56, Order of the Eastern Star at Ludwig, Thomas Street Baptist Church in Wausau, Wis., and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 215 in Minco, Okla.


Survivors include three children and spouses, Gilbert and Ruth Holcomb of Weston, Wis., Juanita Sue and Richard Van Norman of Dallas, Texas, and Sandra Beth and Steve Sims of Cumby, Texas; four sisters, Jewel Best of Ozone, Jean Daniels of Fayetteville, Marie Bryan of Minco, Okla., and Lee Forest of Tahlequah, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
