Manley Earl "Bucky" McCaskill passed away February 28, 2008 after a long bout with COPD and lung cancer. Born July 22, 1951 in Shelby County, he called Bemis, Tennessee home.

He leaves behind two sons, John David McCaskill and Justin Hugh McCaskill of Jackson; a daughter, Leigh Ann McCaskill of Lexington; and four grandchildren; and a brother, Harold David McCaskill of Parsons.

He was preceded in death by his father, J D McCaskill and mother, Gertrude McCaskill and his sister, Nina Frances Vaccaro, all of Jackson, Tennessee.

Bucky was a Baptist in belief and in his words, "I'm just an ole country boy that talks to God like a redneck and am looking forward to meeting Him in person". God Bless and Keep Bucky!

Memorial services will be held at First South Bank on South Highland, Jackson, Tennessee on Saturday March 8, 2008 at 12 Noon.
