Sarah Dunlap was the daughter of Knight Dunlap, a former president of the American Psychological Association. I believe that family was originally from California. She married Charles Stansbury Cann of Baltimore, MD, and the couple had two daughters, Mollie and Alice. Her husband Charles was a professor of English at Johns Hopkins University for many years. After his death in 1975, she stayed in Baltimore a while longer until she moved to Rome, Georgia to be close to her older daughter Mollie, and passed away there.
